· 4 person teams – sign up by 6/25 – Sign up individually or form your own team.
· $30.00 Entry fee includes: green fees, cart, door prize ticket, horsd’oeurves and admission to our wing tasting event. We will be pouring selected wines sold at Grocery Outlet. There will also be bottles to buy. ALL WINES RETAIL UNDER $6.99 !!!!
· Guests are invited to attend wine tasting and horsd’oeurves event for $7.50. Please indicate your guest count on tournament form.
· Tournament is open ONLY to participants of the women’s beginning or intermediate classes over the past 3 years.
· Payment due (for tournament) on day of the event. (Cash or Check only). Restaurant will collect guest fees for wine tasting and horsd’oeurves.
